Conversazioni di carta is the third exhibition in the cycle Paròla: espressione femminile at the Studiolo exhibition space of the De Pietri Artphilein Foundation.

Ann Irene Buan’s sculpture Lodgers IV, made of overlapping, recycled paper, treated with pastels and pigments, evokes a person in an unsteady, fragile equilibrium. The title Lodgers evokes the fragility and temporary nature of those inhabiting a specific temporal space and moving towards an uncertain future.

In Lettres à Mme de Sévigné and Danses de Correspondances, Carla Bertola leads us through a labyrinth of words, signs and colours: with difficulty, we try to read this mysterious dialogue between the artist and the French writer Madame de Sévigné.
